Silicon dioxide, universally named white carbon black in the industrial field, is a high-purity amorphous inorganic silica material. The core raw material source of industrial synthetic white carbon black is natural quartz sand, which is abundant in reserves, environmentally friendly and non-toxic. Quartz sand is rich in silicon elements and serves as the safest and most stable primary raw material for industrial silica production. After high-temperature melting and chemical reaction, quartz sand is converted into sodium silicate, also known as water glass, which becomes the main intermediate raw material for manufacturing precipitated white carbon black. For high-end ultra-fine white carbon black products, we adopt high-purity silicon-based chemical raw materials such as silicon tetrachloride, ensuring that the final products achieve ultra-high purity and nano-level fineness. All raw materials we select have passed strict screening and quality testing, eliminating impure raw materials that may cause product instability, and laying a solid foundation for the high quality of finished white carbon black.

At present, our factory mainly adopts two mainstream and mature synthesis technologies to produce white carbon black, namely the precipitated method and the fumed method, to meet the differentiated needs of different customers. The precipitated method is our core mass-production process with stable output and moderate cost, suitable for most industrial application scenarios. This process uses sodium silicate and dilute sulfuric acid as the main reaction materials. Under controllable constant temperature and stirring conditions, the two raw materials undergo neutralization and precipitation reactions to generate hydrated silica precipitation. After systematic aging, filtering, repeated water washing, slurry beating and spray drying, fine and loose white carbon black powder is finally formed. The whole process is carried out in a mild reaction environment, with stable product performance, low water content and good fluidity, and no harmful residual substances, which is safe and environmentally friendly.
For high-end market customers who pursue ultra-high purity and superfine particle size, we provide fumed white carbon black produced by high-temperature gas-phase hydrolysis process. This process takes silicon tetrachloride, high-purity oxygen and hydrogen as raw materials, and completes instantaneous hydrolysis reaction in a high-temperature flame environment of 1000 to 1800 degrees Celsius. The silica vapor generated by the reaction is rapidly cooled and condensed to form nano-scale ultra-fine white carbon black particles. Compared with the precipitated product, fumed white carbon black has higher purity, smaller particle size, larger specific surface area and better dispersion and reinforcement performance. It is widely used in high-end silicone rubber, high-gloss matte coatings, precision electronic materials and high-grade daily chemical products, solving the performance bottlenecks of ordinary white carbon black in high-standard scenarios.
In addition to mature production processes, our white carbon black products have strict post-processing and quality control systems. After the completion of production, all products will go through multi-stage screening, impurity removal and particle size classification to ensure uniform powder fineness and no agglomeration. We strictly control key indicators such as product specific surface area, oil absorption value, pH value and volatile content, avoiding batch performance differences.
